International Coaching Week (ICW) kicks off on 3rd May 2020 and North Point Academy is proud to continue to support this annual global celebration of, in the words of the ICF, “coaching’s power to positively impact individuals, organizations, communities and the world.”
Now more than ever, people are in need of support through these times of uncertainty because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Which is why this year, our theme is “Coaching for COVID”.

Oman Insurance has been established in the UAE since 1975. As Head of Human Resources, Andreas Grammas has played a large part in the journey to build a culture of coaching within the company, starting with their Future Leaders and Emirati Nationals.
Our co-founder Matt Trenchard will be hosting Andreas, while he discusses his discovery of coaching, the impact of coaching on both himself and his organisation and how a coaching approach has helped Oman Insurance adapt to COVID-19.
We look forward to celebrating International Coaching Week with you!
