NPCA Competitions – Rules of Engagement
We love to support the great things that people are doing in the service of human flourishing. So, periodically, North Point runs competitions with the intention of supporting and rewarding positive action and impact in areas that we consider important to to that end. This may include supporting developments in the areas of corporate life, education, wellness, etc. Our hope is that by offering prizes of significant value we can add energy to intentions and efforts already existing.
To enter these competitions there are standard conditions of entry and criteria of selection together with specific requirement for each competition. Details of these are below.

- Be signed up to our mailing list.
- Willing to be featured in future North Point communications for the duration of the prize.
Criteria of selection
- Active, meaningful engagement with North Point articles and social media through comments, shares, etc
Current / Latest competition
Objective
Supporting HR and Development professionals in improving the cultures of their organisations through use of coaching based conversational skills.
Prize
One place on the NPCA Certificate in Professional Coaching program beginning on 5th October 2017 for one HR or Development professional working within a corporate environment who shows significant, demonstrable, reported efforts in moving the coaching culture of your organization forward
Closing Date
The deadline for competition entries is 25th May 2017. The winner will be announced on 31st May 2017.
Conditions of entry
- Be a professional in the fields of HR, Training, Development, Organisational Development or similar.
- Currently employed in an organization of at least 100 people or be actively working in your profession with a client of at least 100 people.
- Attendance of “Creating Coaching Cultures” event, Tues 16th May 2017 at JA Ocean View Hotel, JBR, Dubai. This event is supported by ICF in service of International Coaching Week.
